George Turner as the business principle, is a third generation farmer at Wootong Vale, being a grandson of a first world war army officer who took up land at Wootong Vale under a closer settlement scheme in 1923. 

He has Bachelor Degree from Melbourne University in Geomatics (Honours) and is a Licensed Land Surveyor and Geographic Information System and mapping professional with 30 years experience working across infrastructure projects in private and government sectors. His professional career has been working as part of multi-disciplinary teams of technical and professional engineers and scientists to plan, design, cost and execute projects and construction. This knowledge includes surveying set out for infrastructure construction and cadastral surveying.
